Not sure why any criminal wouldn't be prosecuted for breaking the law, especially a war criminal that causes chaos and disorder. They need to be prosecuted.

It's time that the International Community recognize the crimes of Hamas. Although Democratically elected, they've run a corrupt terrorist regime to the detriment of the Gaza people. They must be tried for war crime in the Hague
