WHEN will the ICC admit the criminality of Hamas ????
WHEN will the ICC admit that Israel is being attacked relentlessly by Hamas?
WHEN will the ICC act justly and fairly?? WHEN will the ICC stop their unjust and highly immoral stance against Israel??

Essential that people learn facts, read NYT writer Bret Stephens (excellent reporter/journalist) to understand and have a balance with the terrible biased reporting. https://mobile.nytimes.com/2018/05/16/opinion/gaza-palestinians-protests.html

Hamas is a criminal terrorist organization using and abusing civil population as human shields...the Hamas terrorists are hiding and conducting their criminal activities from within civil public establishments such as schools and hospitals. They use EU and UN funds and support for their terrorism and the essence of their existence is to kill as many Jews as possible.

It seems obvious that Hamas, in organizing, encouraging and participating in border breaches against a sovereign country - through non-peaceful protest (aka rioting), has committed crimes against humanity. Unfortunately, Hamas' crimes are perpetrated against residents of Gaza. To sacrifice its own people for a political advantage (although I am not sure that Hamas has presented itself as anything more than a terrorist and cowardly entity through these actions) is perhaps the greatest of war crimes.

Hamas is definitely a terror organization and deserves to be prosecuted. They are also very unfair to the younger generation of Arabs by teaching the youth to kill and be killed.

Hamas must be called to the doc for its repeated war crimes against its own civilian population. The international community's continuous blind-eye towards this abuse tacitly condones it and thus perpetuates the suffering of innocent Gazans.

Hamas has carried out serious war crimes and is solely responsible for all loss of life as well as the damage that has been inflicted on Israeli civilians and property as a result of the burning of tires and the kite bombs.
