The Gazan budget is entirely appropriated towards this genocidal goal, instead of providing educational, healthcare, welfare, & administrative services to the people entrusted under their governance. This is an elected entity in flagrante delictio of its responsibilities to care for its own people as their trustee. As a consequence, Gazans have been pitiably dependent upon UNWRA for all services for 68 years. Hamas leaders refuse to accord proper human services for their population, since all their funds are spent in military hardware. Hamas hatred appears as a mass delusional obsession propagated by political, religious, & educational systems, promoting self-immolation. The UN not only has not attempted to set them down a reasonably healthier path, but has aggravated their grievances, fury, & hate-fuelled delusions. Refugeehood by definition is a temporary condition, which if it continues for 70 years, constitutes the failure of the UN to adequately resolve this status problem. As climate refugees increase across the globe, refugees in dire situations will need this budget. Hamas, under subterfuge of its own civilians and pretence of 'peaceful protest', are waging dishonest war on Israel, with intent to slay Israeli civilians when breaching the Gaza/Israel border fence, cause chaos and take sovereign Israeli land. Hamas has also been responsible for murdering hundreds of Palestinians in Gaza in order to ensure full authority and command. It's responsible for beggaring the economy of Gaza and using billions of dollars of aid money for military purposes. The war crimes being committed and the plan behind them need exposure and should be investigated forthwith.
