Using civilians as shields, crossing into Isreal to murder and maim, crying out for the destruction of Isreal as well as the destruction of America. Animals..liars. Isreal needs to put a DMZ aka kill zone much like the Korea's zone of death.

Not only did they attempt to infiltrate (with orders to kidnap Israelis and bring them to Hamas leaders), not only did they send dozens of flaming kites and balloons into Israel, igniting farm fields, not only did they shoot rocks with slingshots and heave larger ones with a catapult, not only did some succeed in gaining temporary ingress, waving meat cleavers and shouting to slaughter the Jews, but Hamas leaders came right out and SAID that the "protests" were not peaceful in nature, that they were risking their most precious ones (women & children), and that most of those killed by Israel were Hamas operatives. Not only all that, but they flew a swastika flag with the Palestinian one, and painted swastikas on some of the incendiary kites! Nice of them to identify themselves!

Israel deserves peace and to return Gaza to its ownership. Palestinian, gazans, arabs, hamas must be either deported to Jordan at once or processed criminally as mass murderers.

Hamas commits a criminal act not only in the current violence of sending terrorists using innocent civilians as human shield. Hamas crimina acts starts in brainwashing innocent civilians from infantry thru kindergarten and school to hate and commit suicide in order to kill the Jewish people and take the land of Israel and drive or kill all the Jews away from the Jewish homeland. They are planning next phase that will use as a human shield a huge mass of civilians that will not be stopppable without the use of massive deadly force. The only fair and constructive way for the court to stop the Hamas crimina plan is to find them the only guilty party for the death or injuries of any civilians that are trying to force themselves to cross the border and declare the right of Israel to defend and use of any force that is needed. I

It is dishonest to ignore or discount the overriding crimes that Hamas proposes, plans and executes. The word "peace" never comes from their mouths. All of their words and deeds are in accord with hate, violence and murder.
