Israel gave away 70% of their land territory after the 1967 war (Sinai & Gaza) as a gesture of peace and goodwill to their arab neighbors. This land was given to the jordanian - arabs who live in gaza . Hamas Jordan took over this land territory from the PLO under Arafat and Hamas Jordan established Hamas Gaza in this territory and has kept the arab - jordanians in gaza under oppression, has persecuted and has violated the human rights of these arab jordanians living in gaza. They have plunged the population into poverty and have left all of these arab jordanians without adequate electrical services, water, hospitals, and jobs. It is the responsibility of jordan, of hamas jordan, of hamas gaza for these in human living conditions. Individuals like abbas, erekat, ghatii, sinwar all who have jordanian citizenship and jordan for this situation. These individuals all need to be taken to court for war crimes at the ICC.
