Demand Hamas be prosecuted for war crimes in the ICC

Hamas is a repulsive, recognized terrorist organization; who has manipulated and exploited Palestinians ever since they came to power by force. As ISIS has been eliminated in Syria; so this ISIS has to be eliminated in Gaza; so the Palestinians can live in peace and dignity with leaders who actually love them.

I sign this petition mainly to protect Israel but also to save the Palestinians from themselves.

Hamas has been a recognized terrorist group keeping Gaza and its people under control. The group continuously violate international law and do war crimes. Hamas has to be judged for they perpetrate terror in the Gaza Strip,. Does anyone really realize what it means to live under terrorism ? A prosecution for all its daily war crimes since it's ' coup d'état ' in 2007 in Gaza has to be judged and prosecuted
