hamas is destroying our wheat refusing to even accept medical support and food trucks in erez border putting young people and women as flesh to be shot at this is not a pacifist march this is a declaration of war

The need to prosecute Hamas has long been overdue. From using women and children at battle line for human shield, to attcking innocent Israeli civilians down to direct terror/suicide attacks, Hamas must be prosecuted.
As a matter of fact, Israel must be protected by the UN against this terror base group.

All Hamas actions, since the beginning of their aggression as a non-state party are, by international law, deemed war crimes, crimes against humanity and Genocidal. Their actus reus is clearly spelled out in their Charter, and their objective spelled out in the slogan of their violence against Israel. These actions and others violate both the Law of Armed Conflict and the UN Convention on the Prevention and Prosecution for the Crime of Genocide.
