Hamas has deprived its people of the basics of survival, and uses its women and children as human shields. This is intolerable and must be prosecuted so that the people of Gaza can begin to build lives for themselves and their children.

Everything Hamas has done is an outrage from teaching children to murder Jews to flying fire kites to destroy Israeli fields, to sending rockets to hit an Israeli Kindergarten, to attacking Israel's border and trying to infiltrate to murder and/or kidnap Israeli citizens. It is time the world spoke out against this horrible terror group, who has brought nothing but harm to its own people, including using women and children as human shields.

Hamas are terrorists who want our IDF soldiers to kill their children just for the sake of publicity and they purposely aim their guns st our children. They are also abusing their own citizens and using aid for terrorism instead of food and infrastructure.

Not to prosecute Hamas for acts of war against Israel, and denial of basic Human Rights to their own people, is to condone their actions and manifesto. I am sick of the lack of action against a terror organization because the 'politically correct' flavor-of-the-day is the 'Palestinian' cause. Justice is not served by ignoring the truth.

How long will Hamas be permitted to control its populous in terror, executing disobedience, manipulating children as shields--terrorism as much the Israeli civilain, men and women, the elderly and children that they intentionally target. If total lawlessness--murder and ayhem--in any theater is acceptable, what purpose does a court serve?!

Please help the children of this area and stop these people from sending them to do things that are horrible and often fatal for them. Forcing a child to leave its home at gunpoint (the Hamas) and forcing it to a border (israel) to do acts of war that they will be killed for is not a CHOICE it is a crime it is one of the greatest crimes of our century .
