Hamas like Hezbollah is recognized by many countries as a terrorist organization. Hamas steals aid money from Palestinians for its own elite, for terror operations, then blames Israel for the poverty among Gazans.

Hamas' control of Gaza hurts both Palestinians and Israelis. Palestinians are brutalized if they dare question its rule, and routinely used in Hamas' goal to destroy Israel and any possibility of a peaceful solution to the Middle East Conflict. For the sake of everyone in the region, they must be brought to task.

The notion that Hamas is not a terrorist organization is itself an anti-Semitic position. Hamas seeks the destruction of Israel and the death of all Jews. They embrace genocide as they accuse Israel of pursuing genocide against them. As an organization that actively supports genocide and perpetrates violence to achieve that end, Hamas should be prosecuted for war crimes.
