I have 2 kids going to gem founders albarsha (Class 2 and 7) , and have already paid re-enrollment fee along with 33% of term 3 fees . All I’m asking and requesting is that we all should get compensated atleast 33% as online schooling and actual real time schooling is completely different.

How can Gems Education ask details on my salary, bank statements, financial position...? Should we start asking your financial details: terms and conditions of school staff contracts, your fixed or variable costs, OPEX, profit, depreciation and so on? In this situation it’s fair if you stare with us such details. If we go into such details, it will be very clear that you are in a big profit this year if you don’t reduce the school fees. So please don’t even try to ask us for a prove that we lost jobs or had salaries cut. We never expected from GEMS that at this situation you ask us such things. Our expectations are a refund of 30% from this year school fees and same reduction from next year . This is in line with the expected savings that will be generated from the deflation and cost reduction passed to GEMS from shift to an e-learning.

We ask for fees reduction atleast by 50%, as we are the one who is teaching our kids. As it is, students are not using any in house school facilities.
Gems should understand each and every parents and students situation like other schools are understanding and come forward to help people..
By reducing fees kindly help the parents in this on going situation.

Parents who have lost their jobs since beginning of the year should be provided with a full waiver. The covid19 virus is delaying their opportunities to earn again same as parents who lost their jobs in February due to the virus and business closures.
