We need term fee reduction as whole world is facing problem ,everything stunted,how come the gems can ask to sign up for relief package that also not sure whether we get or what.we are not beggers here .see the world I struggling .how come Gems can ask for full fee.seems to be unfair.we have been with gems past 10 years ,but this is how get treated .saddest part.

Not sure how P.E, swimming is taken during online class. It should be restricted to main subjects and for fewer hours a day

We are facing pay cuts and are overworked since we need to handle work stress and oversee home learning for each child. Gems needs to uphold its root values and do the right thing by reducing fees.

We paid for a full year of schooling - UP Front - the e-learning is not good at all and live serious are PE and Music !! The live sessions should be core subjects like maths, English, science. We are not professional teachers, but we are expected to pay the school so that we can teach our kids the core subjects !!? A significant refund on the schooling fees should be given ASAP to help us while we fight to actually keep a roof over our heads.

GEMS approach to Fee Relief Package is unjust to parents whether one can pay or not. We are all facing hardships because of COVID-19. In a New Academic Year, compulsory hikes in Tuition Fees are paid by all Parents regardless of what they earn. GEMS does not “Pick” and “Choose” then... SO WHY NOW?

For me it’s a big disappointing to be with GEMS, especially after all this years we thought we’re a big family. but they a prove for all the parents it’s not, everything for them it’s just a big business and make more money even with this situation all the community around them trying to help each other and cross this humanity catastrophe together.
Except our school still wants be the winner and not lose anything... for me they’re not doing anything our kids missing the Techer be around them, missing friends, missing learn better not sitting in front of the screen all the day and figure out how they resolve the problems and understanding the subject by them self......
