education quality should be commensurate to the price. Your costs, even if I’d believe the nonsense of “all fixed,” are irrelevant to the value of the service being provided.
With minimal live interaction, this distance learning is nothing but supervised homework and presentations. If it is really that amazing, then why have children enrolled in a physical school to begin with?
Are you paying us for the internet cost, the printing cost, the supervision time and opportunity cost of time not dedicated to work?
Shame on you!

How isnot shame of you,??? Do you provide your bank accounts before asking for payment from us. Distance learning is the worst as I have ever heard! We don't receive the service we have to pay! Absolutely disappointinted and disagree with your position

Please reduce the school fees. It is very unreasonable to charge the full fees when the kids are not going to school. We also have salary cut for the next 6 months. Please give us some relief and not charge the full 3rd term fees!!

GEMS approach is nothing but highly insulting to the parents. Asking proof of financial difficulties is adding insult to injury. An across the board fee reduction is what is required. Full payment of fee is for full use of facilities. The logic is that simple! I feel ashamed of being a parent in a GEMS school and do not wish to display our financial situation and beg for a fee reduction because that is exactly how the current decision is making us and hoardes of other parents feel. The situation is already too stressful and if there is anything that the biggest and most profitable school group wishes to do in these trying times to show solidarity is a blanket discount on term 3 school fee! It is not only fair and justified but also the right thing to do!
