I see it is not fair that we pay the whole amount as the children are using the facilities of the school which would have cost and as the children are not using it so it should be the detected from the amount which I think it’s equal to 30% of the total amount of the fees.

Totally support and agree this point. We don’t need GEMS show their “Charity”, we just want GEMS reduce the reasonable amount of school fee that they should not charge due to not fully school functioning!

We are really disappointed about your email that we received following our geniune need for a discount in term 3 fees. As a parent at home working with 3 kids to support their distance learning, it is only fair to ask for a considerable discount for Term 3 for all parents and not make it on a case per case basis.

Term 3 fee adjustment must be considered at this stage. As the online schooling is not justifying the amount of money paid.
