Schools are educational institution where human values are understood. Today we are all impacted and the impact will be felt in further months to come in full capacity . Loss of income and salary cuts are either here or looming .
Any support shown by the school makes us believe we r in this together .
You ask parents to come and ask for charity to asses each one of us . That would be so much beneath human dignity to come and bare all . Please consider this as a common plea by all parents and act before your patrons harden up in your direction. Goodwill can never be underestimated and lack of one has never been good for business in the longer run
Hope you reconsider your decision and support all parents across all your schools in these challenging times and spare them the humiliation of approaching you .

Parents spent majority time accompanying children and lots of classes in fact could not run properly such like sports, swim, etc. in a word, if school does not provide service, fees should not be charged. School is not charity organization but school does it with the money give by parents doesn’t it?

There is no clarity at the moment as to who will be affected and to what extent. We are just in the beginning phase of things, it’s going to take time to come out of this situation. GEMS group needs to step up and offer discount across all parents. You simply can’t pick And choose and say we have a quota only!

FS1, FS2 and grade 1 students are not able to learn or concentrate on Distance learning. This environment is not working for students with such younger age.

Seriously this is completely ridiculous and highly disappointing... we are not getting the full experience we have paid for and it is unfair on our account to be paying full fees! The situation is going to worsen further before getting better so it would only be humain for the group to take into account the entire world’s situation and reduce the school fees like most schools in DUBAI already did!

Requesting to provide some reasonable discount on school fee not only who is getting directly affected due to adverse impact of COVID -19, but also to all the students in general as they are not getting similar quality of education via remote learning.
