Gems, We Demand Fee Reduction, Not Charity!

Fees should be discounted for each kid as we are not using school facilities and parents actively participating in adulation process

when GEMS send mails saying ' considering the situation'.,Gems should be reminded that compromises are done from parents too. Even if the parents are payed in full, Gems have no right to charge for facilities and stationary they are not providing. Untill now I believe they maintain a quality in education they provide. And the school fees varies because of the school fAcilities and extra curriculum activities they provide. So now how its fair to ask the parent to do the full payment?. We are not saying we don't want to pay for third term. We say fee reduction!

Offcourse this full fee doesn’t justify the situation what’s goin around at the moment If you guys want to charge the full fee then the summer vacations should Be called off and rather replace this off time With the summer vacations and the teachers and management keep the school opened in summer (June, July n August) instead so that the children can complete their learning this year which is getting wasted right now Rather we are here having kept co Played our office work and house chores as parents giving 4-5 hours minimum and sometimes more than this a day to our children .. To be honest I’m a commission agent in real estate and since last few months the market was very slow n I wasn’t making enough money to pay the fee n other expenses but I’m still ready to pay but it’s not justified at all as parents I would request you to reconsider please Thanks n regards

I agree that we have paid fees for full facilities and we should get discount if full services are not provided. Further I have to spend 3 hours to teach my kid and take him through the material; he is in FS2 so dont know how to proceed.

At least reduce the school fee by 50 percent.

We agree with fee reduction. Schools are not operating and therefore operating cost goes down and that should be shared with parents in these difficult times. School cannot make profit through this arrangement. Parents salary may not be impacted now but everyone will see impact and school needs to understand this the way other schools have acknowledged this. It is a shame for such big brand like GEMS to try and make incremental profit during these tuff time through unfair practice. All we are asking is operating cost reduction to be passed to parents which is not unreasonable ask!

Fees needs to be reduced to reflect the quality of education, facilities, time and efforts being offered to both students and parents at this time.
