Civil servants should be allowed to claim 35% of their GIPF pension not as a loan. It must be paid into their Accounts not through any other entity or entities but straight from GIPF to us civil servants.

I'm fully agree with the proposal. It will assist in the development and growth of each public servants. When it's comes to education sector this will assist to increase the good performance in teaching as teachers will be teaching or delivering in the good mood. Because some of the teachers are not really happy in their lives as they always living in the state of bad emotions due to financial debts. If we treat them well , they will be living in the happy life and we are going to receive a fruitful result at the end of the year. Let's treat them well to avoid them being stressful by the financial, because an angry teacher is a problem to the learners. When it's comes to others sector, the public servants will be able to put more efforts in their work also because will not focus on the hustler. This will assist for them to provide a good service to the nation because they will be having a peaceful mind and they will think good and avoid to committing suicide. I submitted and I thank you.

This is a very nice and a very good idea...
Keep up the good work,we shall, share, and sign as this is in the benefit of all the Public civil Servants!
And also that depend on people working in the government should also sign, as this helps government employees not to be in debts prevent further hand extension!
Progress Mr Shiweva.

It’s disheartening to know that public servants are not taken serious in this country, and are somewhat forced to take whatever the government throws at them, as though they are dogs. Such decisions must be made to ensure the servants are protect and left burden less.
