As you know, the General Assembly of Owners, that is, the majority of Co-owners of Riviera Cove, disagree with the handling of the information, the decision to hand over our parking lots to a management company, violating our individual right to decide on our common property, the treatment received by some owners by the Board, the delicate situation of insecurity in our community, the deterioration of our property (the fence and the gate of the park) repairs that had been requested and that required immediate attention, the limited right has express our disagreements and the violated right to receive a written report of each decision of the Board; Aware of your work and dedication of your time, we express our gratitude but we consider it necessary to request your RESIGNATION from the Board and thus be able to give way to a democratic process of electing a new Board, since if we request your DISMISSAL it would take us valuable time that would limit us in our interest in reversing your decision to deliver our parking lots, which was never consulted and we are not aware of legal documents where 30% of the Assembly participated in this decision.

We reiterate our gratitude for your work for a long time but we consider it necessary; give way to a new season of integration and inclusive communication.
