Reconsider such a harsh sentence that will destroy a person’s life. No one was killed. He deserves a second chance.

My son and I are a victims of false evidence from Prattville police, My case found me not guilty but my son was charged for Shooting at our neighbors, which was friends with the police officer that beat me up, this has been an ongoing nightmare since 2016 with my son getting charges from People stating information that were untrue. If I didn’t have the Walmart footage I would have been found guilty as well.

I support this petition and have signed it for Cameron. This a grave injustice. Does anyone with the power to change this atrocity care? How is 24 years in prison going to benefit this boy or his family? It’s not. It will likely destroy them all one way or another, prison is a family matter not just an inmate issue. It affects us all as a society. This case is a prime example of what is wrong in our courts today. This young kid is already suffering from this horrible accident, the evidence speaks for itself. According to the evidence I’m reading he was not racing. My heart goes out to the victims of the accident and I know they are hurting but punishing this young man will not bring loved ones back but it will destroy this kids life and he has no criminal record, not even traffic that I see. It was clearly a horrible accident. Please reverse this decision and restore our faith a little in the justice system. A lady here in IL had her elderly husband murdered and dismembered by a chainsaw her lover used and received 20 yrs and her lover 25 yrs. These are the kind of people this boy will spend many years with. He needs to be with his family and getting counseling because no one knows how this accident is affecting him internally. By the evidence it was clearly an accident. Please please help this young man. Please share this petition with everyone. We’ve got to help this boy, it’s our duty. My prayers are with everyone involved and especially this young man now. Prison is not for him. Let’s keep prisons for the people it was designed for. Thank you!
