Theresa Marian Legislature needs step in make better laws for Home Owners who live in any HOA by yearly adults, families cannot run on board together , if no one comes to meeti g board member need reach out house pervhouse not make decisions without authority of homeowners
Board member need make yearly meeti gs and inform and show where they using money, etc

I agree that the State of Florida should work towards addressing these deficiencies in Homeowner Association law (Chapter 720),
Let’s sign and change the consequence of having few laws to-demand transparency from an association, and coupling it with the enforcement powers of these laws, (Chapter 720)
We the home owners need in Florida to demand safety net against abusive associations. This must change it must protect us from any or all mal intentions board members against homeowners period!

Westwind Lakes Garden Homes Condo Association is in the same situation as The Hammocks - millions missing. No disclosure, no access to records & the DBPR will not help. Things must change.
