El dbpr del estado, no hace cumplir, la ley de condominio, llevamos 3 años, esperando por una respuesta a nuestra queja, hemos acudido al representante Daniel Perez, de nuestro distrito 116, y no hemos logrado nada, todo esto por no publicar los estados financieros de nuestro condominio, SAN MARCO en Fountainebleau.

We ask to stop the abuse of power made by the Associations. They have more power than the owners. It is very unfair! Recent events have already shown that associations are used to steal. We hope that our voice will be heard for the good of this community. Thank you.

I agree all the condominium association need to be more transparent in all the decion made in each Condominium. And infor to each resident to any project before there been done

There have been many irregularities with the current Board. The president have been on that Board for four consecutive years. Certified letters are sent to the management company, but they could not find them and much less respond to our inquiries. Some neighbors do not comply with repairs when they caused damage to others. The president of the Board do not accept that some damages to the interior of the property are the responsibility of the maintenance company or the homeowner's association. He makes us pay for all the repairs, regardless that the rotten pipes are inside the condo. That is all against the bylaws of this condominium.

2022 we are at the digital stage/age as an HOA organization and a government we both must work together to deliver the highest standards and needs to our communities to make sure we are advancing forward in terms of social development. we have not just to close the legal holes with new law to avoid humans to be negligent, fall and commit crimes in the administrative branches in our HOAs but we have to design and create the tools need it in order to avoid failings on more than 80% when is about properly administrating an HOA, a community. we have to create an AI software tool that guides the HOAs perfectly

We need to stop the stealing of residents funds.

All the members of the associations are corrupt, who steal money from us, the owners of the apartments. There should be a law that sentences them for theft. Yes, the laws of Chapter 720 need to be amended and changed to stop the abuse from HOA Boards and Management Company.

HOAS have become a best of crooks in the state of Florida and a dangerous burden to our families.
