Most people who are found to have been involved in a fatal hit-and run go to jail. Amy Senser may have this man's death 'heavily on her mind" right now, but evidently it's not for the right reasons.Because it was not enough that night to cause her to stop and try to save his life by simply calling 911. Obviously, her life was worth more than this man's . Please sign this petition demanding the courts to throw the book at her, not for hitting this man or even leaving the scene of the accident! But for letting him to die in the road, unaided by a simple 911 call that may have saved his life. The police found the vehicle in her garage with blood on the hood. If she does not go to jail, Where is the Justice for this man and his family? Public cases like this can often play a very big role in how the law develops.
Not  because they are more important, but they get the public envolved in looking at all of the facts.
