"The confiscated dogs in our care are doing well. They are NOT up for adoption, as we have to await the outcome of the court proceedings. The investigation is still ongoing."

This is an update given by the Tswane Spca on 30 March 2015 after 30 out of 300 dogs were confiscated at well know breeder Renee Visage's house in Kameeldrift, just outside Pretoria.

The entire world is shocked and came to a standstill and we demand answers, without intefering with the legal process. We thus urge you to tell us what your intentions and modes operandi is regarding the remaining 270 dogs, still living in those horrendous conditons. The entire world's eyes are on you Jaco Pieterse, inspector of the Tswane Spca. We are NOT interested in the wellbeing of the 30 that were confiscated and how many were euthanized. We know that the remaining dogs in your care are well looked after. Our only concern now is WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT THE REMAINING 270 DOGS, voiceless souls who are desperately crying to be released from their horror conditions. You owe the world an explanation....please.
