Optimum is the worst service ever, in fact, no service. 90% of the time I cannot get onto my email with an "error message, service not available , try later". Landline phone is constantly not working, calling parties cannot hear my voice although I can hear them, very scary feeling when that's your only phone, plus internet is freezing all the time and needs reboot which still doesn't work.

There needs to be another alternative to have cable at a lesser expense. They charge too much for their service and keep raising the rates. I'm paying over $200 a month and I don't have any decent channels to watch any movies or whatever I wish to watch.

Prices for cable have risen so high that Seniors Csn no longer afford the service. Every couple of months the jack the price up a few dollars, the internet service is constantly manipulated so consumers pay more for faster service. Stop the monopoly save us from the corporate thieft, Save the Seniors from price goudgung!!!!

We use Optimum for internet, and they are the worst service provider I have ever dealt with. They just increase their fees for no reason or explanation.

What about anti trust laws...no competition. We are a village of seniors with a very limited income. Optimum indiscriminately increases prices constantly.

I thought this was a capitalist country. I guess that means if you have enough capital it is your country. Optimum takes advantage of the lack of competition and the consumer has few alternatives.
