We demand that the Cable Company improve its customer service and maintain better public relations with its customers as well.

--For years we have had to endure faulty cable boxes which have a fee attached to each box. We pay rather box works or not.

--When the company makes changes in the office, the customers are expected to make the corresponding changes to the cable box without technical assistance; which is totally unrealistic.

--During down time when the customers lack service, the customers are NOT compensated.

--The Cable Company changes packages, ie, removing premium channels and replacing with less appealing channels, without consultation with its customers.

--When premium channels are replaced with inferior channels, the customers pay the same monthly rates.

We the undersigned, demand you take action immediately in response to our complaints.
