There has been complete manipulation in Helen's favour throughout the series.

At least look into it, if it was revealed to be a fair win, then let it be, but where avid paying fans of the show cannot vote for their winner, it does make us viewers reconsider the legitimacy of the show.

But you are absolutely right, Nancy. if vote rigging took place by BB to favour Helen then repercussions and penalties would be severe. I think someone has already questioned whether the fraud squad had been approached. I hope they have. Perhaps one or more Members of Parliament should be approached, ideally those with interests preventing bullying.

I voted for housemates to be evicted only for them to keep returning!? Helen wood should have had the pass to the final taken off her for her abuse and bullying antics towards other housemates.

If such T&C can be construed and acted upon by BB executives then despite having them agreed to by pundits, it would be interesting to see them upheld if contested merely because by the fact that T&C's form part of a contract and if and when exercised by BB, the contract would be frustrated. Sorry, it's put in such legal jargon. It's either a contract or it isn't. Can't have a shop say they'll take your money and may or may not give you the goods you want. If alternative goods are supplied, they'd have to give money back if you weren't happy but phone voting is specific, ie there is no alternative.

It isn't the end of the world. Couldn't sleep?
If you wanted Ashleigh, or someone else, to win then you should have voted for them.

This needs to be investigated!! It's very odd how every time @bbuk on Twitter said 'give a retweet for Ashleigh to win' or anything like that she outnumbered helen by hundreds. Who are these people that voted !?

Ashleigh definitely should have won. NOT impressed the winner was Helen.

It seems to me that this result needs scrutiny to say the least

She has gone. Home to Ireland, having lost to the better housemate Helen.
