This testing is not fair for special ed kids. Poor score does NOT indicate that the teacher is bad. In fact she is usually bending over backwards to help these kids. The teacher is NOT responsible for my child's learning disability and it should not reflect poorly on them.

all tests should be diagnostic in nature. this is education abuse as well as child abuse. publish your tests. what are you afraid of.
