Due process requires full and complete transparency of these tests, the technical validity reports behind them, the children's answer booklets and sheets, and all scoring information. This testing regime is legally irrational not only in terms of its duration and content, but also in terms of its administration. Parents are furious for good reason and it is high time State Ed and our legislature changes course. Stop acting like the KGB. These are schoolchildren.

my daughter counted 43 typos on the first day of 8th grade ENGLISH testing. These tests/curriculum are not proofread.
