We are residents of [The Diamond ] ahave been facing severe, ongoing electricity problems for an extended period of time. Despite multiple complaints to the landlord/property management, the issue remains unresolved — leaving us without reliable access to a basic human necessity: electricity.
This is unacceptable, and we are calling on [the diamond , or Ithemba] to take immediate action to and cut our rent in half or we not paying at all
