You owe it to ALL the citizens of AZ to listen to ALL points of view and concerns! Uphold the oath you pledged when you took this job. "Protesters" are not your enemy, just your point of view. They are constituents who deserve to be heard.

Avoiding your constituents is unacceptable. Publicly accessible, in-person town hall meetings are necessary in order for you to be able to understand our concerns and how to represent us. If you will not listen to us, and refuse to represent us; you will be replaced by someone who is capable of completing these tasks that are the very essence of your job.
