It would have been more reasonable if valid explanations were provided to support the differences in prices of 2 equal groups of non-fee paying students, but there haven't been any feasible accounts. "Equal" here is even inaccurate since one group of students doesn't have access to the facilities that the other group does and in some cases, restrictions have been put in place to prevent these students from using them. Equal facilities for both with this kind of difference in prices, although still unfair, would have been a much better starting point but here is our case where we have poor facilities coming at an outrageous cost. We seek a significant reduction in our fees.

Please reduce the fees because we feel for our parents finding it very difficult to pay it and some even borrow and can't pay to the lenders on time
