Demand a Public Hearing from the DEC

Please, please, please ...listen to the citizens and constituents that are dependent on this water supply. We want clean, safe water and DO NOT support the current DEC grants pop privilege to Sand Land.

We need to stop the operations of this mine which is polluting our groundwater.

This is of VITAL IMPORTANCE!!

We need to protect our land and water for future generations!

What is the rationale for overturning their own decision? The public deserves to know!!

I am displeased with the seemingly disinterest in maintaining the quality of our sole source of drinking water. The DEC should be ashamed of itself as the protector of our environment! What else have you not been doing? Raymond Pride, Noyac resident.

Am a local homeowner with small children. this is simply not acceptable and makes no sense
