The workers of Chartwells in Anderson, Indiana are scheduled to vote for their right to unionize on August 26, 2014. They work in the cafeteria on the campus at Anderson University. The company is increasingly making it difficult for them to have a fair election through intimidation and retaliation of outspoken leaders who wish to form a union. Last year the Students of Anderson University showed their strength in numbers by coming together and pressuring Chartwells to make some changes.
