We, the citizens of these Unites States of America, do sincerely request and demand that our respective representatives in out individual State Legislatures, pass and submit to the Congress of the United States of America, a demand to convene a Constitutional Convention. The purpose of this Constitutional Convention is to amend the Constitution of the United States of America to include the proposed 28th Amendment as follows: Amendment 28: Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the Unites States that does not apply equally to the Senators or Representative, and Congree shall make no law tha applies to the senators or Representatives that does not apply equally to the citizens of the the Unites States. And to consider any other proposed amendments that may be introduced at that Constitutional Convension.
