I have been staring at the bylaws all morning because the wording regarding the Elm Street property is just so frustratingly vague. People keep messaging me with their own stories about living there and honestly it just reminds me why we cannot let this land slip away into the hands of someone who does not understand what it means to us. I am still waiting on an email back from the alumni corp but the silence is getting pretty loud if you ask me.

Keep the house! Spent the best years of my life at 30 Elm. Too much history to just throw it away like this.
WAY too much history in those walls to let it go to some random party. The alumni need a say in this.
Not on my watch. That house needs to stay in DU hands.
A total slap in the face to every brother who put sweat and money into that place keeping it standing. Don't sell it.
Ridiculous that they would even consider selling without consulting the alumni first. That building is a staple of campus.
