It is an outrage that the Delta Queen is docked. It operated safely for decades and should still be navigating the waters of the Mississippi, Ohio, and Tennessee Rivers again now.

My grandfather worked on the river his whole life and he always talked about how beautiful the DQ was. Keep her running!
