This is a kind of ridiculing the nursing profession,I don't see how the chew will allow community nurses taking the upright. Its just a way to cajole us and makes us look cheap to the public

Community Nursing is a backward movement. It is not a welcome development. We should work more on affiliation of school of nursing into tertiary institutions, employ more nurses into the healthcare system as the present worker will gradually phase out without proper replacement. We should streamline our energy to upgrade our entry point in the civil service to be like other healthcare professionals.
