I am petitioning to ask that you fix your customer service model. Attached please find only only of three verbatim interacttions wither chat channel in order to find out the difference between a Dell Active Pen and Dell Active stylus. In addition I had two similar phone interactions. What happened to the customer focused company Dell was founded upon, I do not know, but please fix it holistically or kindly close up shop.
