Statistically valid data is missing from this proposal, especially surrounding school pairing and success rates of combining low socio-economic with high socio-economic demographics

Delaying this vote so that there is adequate time to fully vet this initiative is the only fair and equitable thing to do. Anything less is wreckless and we could all be paying dearly for years to come.
