As a parent of student athletes and a career physical educator and coach, I have been sickened over the shattered dreams and squelched spirits of or our students with many talents. Don't deny their big opportunities because of a microscopic virus which affects statistically few.

If you're not too old to remember... think back to how important high school sports seasons were to you, a friend, or a family member. Do ALL you can to prevent robbing our high school seniors of their last chance. Please!

My daughter is trying to get a scholarship as a shot put and discus thrower. She needs her marks recorded this year. These high school kids have had so much ripped out from under them. Please don't take away their spring sport season also. Allow them to play in the summer. My daughter has looked forward to track and field season all school year!
