Please reconsider spring sports. Delay the kids playing if you must but please don't cancel. The kids deserve to play.

We truly hope you will find a way to accommodate this group of athletes. You have a chance to replace a horrible situation with a positive memory, that will be remembered for the rest of their lives. We have a senior, who has spent the last years preparing for a varsity spot on the team. For 5 years, he patiently sat on the bleachers and watched his two older brothers play. Then, over the last three years it became his privilege. Having his senior season on the Varsity Team, cut short is devastating and will likely have presented the last opportunity for him to play organized soccer. Please find a way to abbreviate the season and not allow this virus to ruin all of these athletes goals and dreams. Thank you for your consideration.

My son is a senior this year and he has played baseball his whole high school career, and the many years before. He has been working so hard to play up to the next level. Cancelling all together will have a huge impact on his dream and his goals, as it would on any other senior playing spring sports. Please please rethink this. Thank you
