UHSAA - Please Reconsider - Delay is ok, but let them all play!

Please don’t cancel. Delay is okay, but these kids deserve a chance to play. They’ve worked their wholes lives for this!

Please consider finding a way for High School athletics to continue. We have the means to responsibly do so

Please do not shatter these kids dreams so they have been dreaming for over 10 to 15 years also please consider the amount of money that these parents have put into these youth and the amount of scholarships and money that these kids will lose not being able to fulfill their high school dreams will affect them the rest your life not being able to get scholarships to go to school but if you’re somebody that’s what you Counting on getting a scholarship to be able to go to college I guess we just say oh well sorry no we look at the bull crap that’s going on with this disease that it is not as bad as it has been portrayed and we be Americans will be strong and we get back to living

Please allow spring sports to extend into summer to allow for a skeleton season to give the outgoing seniors at least some part of an experience.

The purpose of meeting cancellation and social distancing was to “flatten the curve” in order to not overwhelm medical providers. Utah hospitals are not overwhelmed. In fact, UVRMC is at record low patient counts. Draconian isolation efforts are no longer needed. Let them play and we will all still survive!

We ALL need this for our kids and grandkids.
