Our bill is coming out to $500 for the past 2 months, the mayor is worthless and the pubic servants at the city hall think they can get away with this, but they will not. This is grand theft.

I was informed I have a leak at my house. That was the reason I have $500 plus bill. In several months I was billed twice. My house hold is my husband & son who work out of town & myself. We had the city inspector come over & did not find leaks at my property

I was told I had a leak and noone ever returned my call. I spoke with customer representative on December 23rd and she stated she would get back to me. I havent heard anything at all from the department

My bill is over $700.00 I’m not sure what exactly is going on BUT something needs to be done! This is unfair! One income in a household of 7 And bills like these is absurd!

These bills are getting out of control. We work just to cover the utility bill alone, our poor elderly who are on a fix income having to pay outrages amounts.

1. Our sprinkler system has had unusually high bills.

I put up a security fence a few years back not realizing I had covered my gas meter. it can not be seen unless you enter a locked gate. but some how our wonderfull water and gas dept still manage to read it. and send me a bill.
