I am a HNDE holder

I am Harshana an HNDE holder, working as an engineer in private sector. As a person who is having BBC for AL , I decided to follow HNDE even i had the opportunity to go for a government university because i thought i would have good future in engineering field. But with the current regulations that is implemented on engineering field, i am really worried because i see no any path to be an associate member of IESL and then to be an member IESL which gives me the title of charted engineer. So i am signing this petition with the purpose of requesting a path to convert HNDE into a degree level certificate that is recognized by IESL which give us the opportunity get the memberships of IESL.
