I personally contributed for some larger prestigious engineering projects in Sri lanka.
Engineering Council should give membership for suitable diplomates with certain experiences.

Railway Supervisory Managerial Service first implemented on 01.12.1999.Eventhough the recruitments are made from time to time there is no clear path for promotions due to not approved of SOR.
