It's better if his excellency can provide a exact path to the degree programs, for HNDE, NDES, NDT students. In my opinion, After HNDE, NDT, NDES diploma program, If we can follow an IESL engineering degree course for 2years and after that we can gain our profession as Engineer is also good suggestion.
