literally impossible to get a chair for oral surgery, i check the system every morning and there is just nothing open for weeks. how are we supposed to graduate at this rate???

Try explaining to a patient why they have to wait 8 weeks for a molar endo when they are in agony. It makes us look completely incompetent and its not our fault.

Some third years have also been told not to chart operative tx in initials if their tutor is mainly a preventive tutor.

say if you have a couple pros cases at once, how can we fit them in if we only have one pros sessions per week...let alone perio or endo........some planning for $50,000 per year....

in terms of quota completion, I couldn't even book my pt into the advanced oral surgery to complete my quota.... its ridiculous
