TechShare is worthless with incredibly slow download speeds and downloads crashing. It’s not good at all. We need something better than this to represent our clients adequately.

Techshare is an absolute failure. The download speeds, especially on large files, make it nearly impossible to use. Long downloads can not be allowed to operate in the background as inactivity seems to make it more likely to fail. This means lawyers or their staff have to stay actively engaged in hours long downloads (time neither the client nor the courts are willing to pay for).

Violates due process, Michael Morton and 6th A Right to Counsel and a few others. Different types of video players/software are as difficult to use as downloading the data in the first place. Files are not labled.

I waste more time trying to download videos. Further, the DA can upload newly acquired evidence and not personally let me know. The amount of emails we get (and I mean everybody) is staggering in today’s society and any newly uploaded evidence comes in as a case number and not a client name and is conducive for being missed. Collin County hands over all discovery and they make sure they have it all. Simple and accurate. Tech Share does not work effectively.

I have 1000mb download internet speed at my personal residence, and I still have trouble downloading videos that are above 1GB when I’m at home.
Downloading 92.7% of a DWI video and then having it drop to 0 bps after an hour after cancel downloading is frustrating as everything. Please fix it!

Agree wholeheartedly. This entire system makes a mockery of the intent of The Michael Morton Act.
Vedio's never ever work.
It's maddening.
This is important.
Videos never download. Literally take days. Then they time out.
