I am an orthodox christian mother who raised four children in the orthodox church. All of my children are now grown. We fasted as a family as I was raising them. Orthodox Christian fasting involves a vegan diet at certain times throughout the year. Many individuals support a vegan lifestyle. If religion was not involved in this situation, I am sure individuals would look at it very differently.

FREEDOM OF RELIGION AND SPEECH!! That is what our family came to America for!!! The Greeks gave the light to the world and no Greek Orthodox in America should ever have to go through this!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!
