This is UNCONSCIONABLE.....truly unthinkable in America in this day and age....this judge (among others) should be ashamed of themselves and this disgusting abuse of power should be brought to light and stopped before further damage is done to this innocent child.....I pray for justice for this father and his daughter.

This is beyond disgusting! This should never happen in America. Where does this "judge" think the very democratic principles she has sworn to uphold came from? THE GREEKS! If justice can not be had in this court, this case needs to be moved to a real court that will judge the case based on the law not racism and bigotry.

I grew up as an Orthodox, and have raised my daughter as much as possible in the Orthodox faith. Her father tried to take that part of her away when he left and divorced, but I was lucky that I had proof starting he agreed to it all.
I pray for Mary and Antonios. ☦️

This judge is ridiculous and obviously favoring the mother because they are both female. The right for a parent to share their faith should not be taken away.

Nothing about the Greek Orthodox faith interferes with a parents ability to raise healthy, thriving, empowered daughters. Fasting isn’t obstaining from food, it’s just intermittently eating vegan which our drs have always said was fine to do. The modesty guidelines are in line with most public school dress codes. There’s nothing extreme or radical about this father’s faith.
