Every parent has a right to teach their children the fathrrs and mothers culture and faith no judge has the right to meddle in the way a child has been brought up as long as the child is safe no one has a right

Please, note the importance of religious freedom as any human being's basic right. May God help Antonios to get his rights as a father.

This is a travesty of justice! When a father cant even teach his daughter a love for her heritage, then the world has sunk further into the pit of hell than it ever has been. The wife is consoled by the very man responsible for determining custody, the judge is known for her bias, all the fathers evidence is ignored. Where is his lawyer in all this?

While other religions & languages are accepted why is Antonio’s denied to teach his child his heritage? The judge is not a fair person. I hope for all families involved, that the judge is not a racist person.

This judge is deplorable. She should keep her beliefs out of this case and stay neutral and non-biased. He is owed a fairness.

This is a travesty. A father should have equal rights to his child as the mother does. Making a judgment against the father and his daughter due to his religion is heinous. It is unjustified. The mother can teach her child what she wants when she is with her but the father has the same right to teach her what he wants during the time he has with her. Here is an example of a father who isn't a deadbeat and wants to be involved in his child's life by sharing himself fully- not trying to separate his religion from his identity (that's impossible). The girl was baptized as a Greek Orthodox Christian and that was okay with the mother back then... now it's a problem? Of course it isn't. This whole thing seems to be a sick and evil "joke" on the part of the "mother" who can only see her own good and not that of her daughter's. An appeal is necessary and the judge needs to be removed from this case. If need be, this case must go to the highest courts necessary to prevent anything like this case happening again in the future to this or any other family.

Freedom of religion is not brainwashing. If the child wishes to learn more about their culture that should be embraced not forbidden.

"Woe unto them that decree unrighteous decrees, and that write grievousness which they have prescribed;" -Isaiah 10:1
Judge Anna, if you believe there is a God Who lives and reigns in Heaven, that there is another Judge Who will one day judge all mankind and render unto them according to their deeds, you better believe that your Judgment is coming if you do not give this man a fair shake.
If you do not believe there is a God Who will judge you, then for the sake of conscience, give this man a chance to be heard.
Otherwise, you will be pushed out of office.
